Parameswaran’s Wynad Black Pepper

< 1 min read

These berries are in a class of their own, as they are organically grown by one farmer in the Wynad district of Kerela, India. The berries are left on the vine to fully ripen and turn red (longer than Tellicherry berries). The longer stay on the vine allows their heat, flavor, and aroma to increase. They are the spiciest, most complex-flavored berries of all the black pepper.
